REGULATORY TOOLS / SUITABILITY

Suitability Lab

Explore three suitability dimensions, conflicting answers and hard constraints in one transparent model.

Illustrative method, no personal investment advice. Use hypothetical answers. No data is stored or transmitted. The score does not determine a suitable product, mandate or equity allocation. Contradictions and hard constraints take priority over the arithmetic result.
01 / Financial loss-bearing capacity
Keep this reserve separate from the planned investment.
Exclude property and assets that cannot readily be used.
This asks about financial capacity, regardless of how a loss would feel.
Specific spending needs take precedence over a preferred investment horizon.
02 / Knowledge and experience
Experience is more than a self-awarded knowledge level.
A small understanding check, not an official examination.
Especially relevant to derivatives and leveraged copy trading.
03 / Objectives and preferences
The horizon must align with your cash needs and the product.
This captures risk tolerance, not financial loss-bearing capacity.
Choose the dominant objective for the example mandate.
A real assessment needs granular types and, where relevant, minimum proportions.

How the model handles its result

Ten scored answers are weighted by 2–5 within three separate dimensions. The overall arithmetic average is displayed only when all eleven base questions and any conditional sustainability details are answered consistently. It never offsets a hard constraint. Financial capacity, objective understanding, horizon and product-specific sustainability data remain separate gates.

The source thesis proposes an equity percentage. This lab does not calculate one: there is no verified client file, no instrument or strategy catalogue and no governed suitability decision. The sustainability input illustrates question design; it is not granular enough for production use.
